How do I return an item?
Hadi Store guarantees that you will receive quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted in product description). If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact customer service at 949-857-1205 or 888-672-4767 before returning an item. Hadi Store backs all of its products with a 30 day money-back guarantee, except clothing. Clothing price tags must be attached for refund or exchange within 14 days of the invoice. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the items are used or missing. Refunds will be applied to the orignal payment method (check, credit card or paypal) excluding the shipping.
All software products are nonrefundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the software will be exchanged for the exact same product(s).
Under no circumstances will HADI Store be obligated to honor any return or broken/defective item requests made more than 30 days after the day the order was shipped.
Broken/Defective Items
Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use will be exchanged for the same product(s) at no cost to the customer. If the product is no longer in stock, HADI Store will issue a full refund for the product. HADI Store reserves the right to inspect and verify that item(s) are broken/defective prior to issuing a refund.
HADI Store will arrange to pay shipping costs for defective/broken items (within the Continental USA only). Please call Customer Service at (949-857-1205 prior to returning your item to arrange for shipping. HADI Store will NOT pay shipping costs that are not pre-arranged.

Credit card refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise; more time may be required to issue and mail a company check for cash/check orders.
